STRENGTH TRAINING

All Strength Training workouts are based on functional core movements of life … movements that reflect the best aspects of weightlifting, running, rowing and more.  They move the largest loads the longest distances, so they are ideal for maximizing effort and increasing strength.

SPORT SPECIFIC PROGRAMS

You will be blown away at how our trainers help you emulate core movements with the intention of it building speed and strength, and how much of a difference it will make in your specific sport. It is more than just doing explosive movements … it is about making you the best athlete possible.

Not all gyms are created equal. We get it. Come in and experience what OC Athletix is all about. There is no obligation, except to put in the effort and train with some of OC’s best trainers. We will teach you proper technique in a friendly, fun way … but make no mistake … you will work hard. That’s why you’re here.
